Domain-specific adaptations of the manifesto (e.g., healthcare, education, construction) are first-party variants published by Piqued under the same CC BY-ND 4.0 license. Third-party domain profiles are governed by the pqdx vocabulary layer system, not by modifications to the manifesto itself.
